The pressures and stresses of everyday life can escalate during the Holidays. Changes in personal and work schedules, growing To Do lists, and unending family, business or friend obligations (intended and unintended) can throw us out of balance. The mind is responsible for how well we accept change and this talk will focus on the mind’s ability to create new ways of handling stress in order to glide through the Holidays with greater ease.
