Did you know that 77% of Americans regularly experience physical symptoms caused by stress and that 73% regularly experience psychological symptoms?  The impact of stress is on the rise, creating body issues and common psychological symptoms such as:

  • Fatigue
  • Change in appetite
  • Headache
  • Irritability or anger
  • Upset stomach
  • Feeling nervous
  • Muscle tension
  • Lack of energy

When stress worsens, it can increase the risk of obesity, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, depression and asthma.  It is a serious issue which must be managed.

I’ll share some of the proven techniques and approaches which I use as a Personal Achievement Coach, including specific Bach flower remedies to help improve challenging states of mind and restore positivity and inner calm.
